Session #5 - This is Emily’s fifth session. Today she creates a timeline of her dark place and her fears. She identifies the physical symptoms that accompany fear, frustration and the unknown. She recognizes the negative thoughts and replaces them with positive thoughts. And she makes a plan of what healthy behaviors she can do to return to a place of peace and calm.
